I definitely wouldn't use any kind of beauty product near the piercing. It's a very easy spot to get infected especially since it gets irritated by clothing so often. Wait a week or so and if its still not red//irritated then I'd say you can go for the fake tan but it can take a few days for the irritation to really begin
