Question regarding Goya yellow rice?

There's a pot of Goya yellow rice cooking right now that I WAS going to serve w/vegetarian sweet n sour meat and spinach salad, but I looked on the back of the box and I saw that there is a small amount of chicken bouillion and chicken fat in the rice....I'm a brand new vegetarian (this is my tenth day of no meat) and I am wondering if this does indeed count as meat consumption? Just curious.
