What do you think i should do about this? can i get my administrator in trouble for this?

so today at school one of my friends got in trouble for being in the library for study hall and one of the... librarians? came up to us and told us to get out. we left and the hall way administrators (hall monitors) stopped us and one of them took us up stairs to our floor office. i guess me and my friend got in trouble because we didn't know you were supposed to leave the library? but continuing the story, he told me to go to the cafeteria( where my study hall is) and he said i'm not allowed in the library anymore and i said as i was leaving "the exams are in two weeks any way" and as i'm walking down the hallway, he chases after me and i turn around and he's screaming in my face literally 3-4 inches away from my face like he was going to hit me. he was yelling at me saying i was cursing or something (i think he was causing a scene to make me look bad but that's just my opinion). and when i was heading to ISS (in school suspension) he grabbed me by my book bag and pulled me towards him. i didn't really give him any attitude at all and all of that was definitely uncalled for. also earlier in the year me and my friend got in two separate fights and he wasn't taking any of our sides. he was giving us a hard time and coming up with excuses for the kids we got into a fight with. the administrator i'm talking about is the freshman football coach and the kid i got into a fight with was on his team. the time after that my friend got suspended by him for one day for making fun of someones accent (all she did was ask him why he talks like that and nothing else) and he suspended her. he obviously abuses his power so i just want to know if there is a way for him to stop doing stuff like this and suspend people for things that you should be suspended for and not taking sides. me and my mom are going to talk to him on monday but i doubt that will fix the problem.
