What are options on lezbains Haveing a baby.?

for 1 I know lezbians can't have babies I just didn't know how to state that but I was thinkin about me and my girlfriend and we want a baby one day an I don't want to do adoption I was thinkin about going to a docter and seeing if they could do the thing with sperm donators an getting the thing were they put it in your egg I only want to do that because I want a baby that atleast look likes me ya knowbut I'm no exactly sure how they do it?! And is it as hard as adoption because I know its very hard to adopted you have to be married an stuff like that an it takes a long time very long proses?is it the same as adoption or not? I dont know much about eaither so I'd like to know for future references.
