How to get thinner thighs?

Honey, PLEASE remove that edit. You're absolutely right that it doesn't change anything about your appearance and no person in their right mind would tell a 13 year to do "that" for weight loss! To the real point... No EXTRA sugars like candy, ice cream, smoothies and frappaccinos and watch your intake of it's hidden form (starch) found in foods like rice, noodles, bread and potatoes (the starch in these foods break down into glucose - sugar). Any food or ingredient ending in "ose" is a form of sugar. Really look at the labels of what you're eating. Be sure eat foods high in fibers and proteins, low in sugar and contain very minimal to zero amounts of saturated and trans fats. To tone up, running will help with that naturally. For the current issue you have of friction burn, this may sound weird or silly but try A & D ointment on that area when you run, vaseline and baby oil could help also. Good Luck to you
